Our favorite - dandelion jelly on pumpkin muffins. <BR/>It's part of our Big Spring Tea Brunch tradition.<BR/>Hopefully, I'll get to try your strawberry jam recipe soon. I've only done dandelion and raspberry so far - because it's what we've had growing handily near by.
